Rabbit Complement
The rabbit complement constitutes a vacuum-dried from frozen, native mixture of serums extracted from healthy rabbits, free from infectious and contagious diseases, remaining under constant medical supervision. The preparation, once appropriately prepared (reconstituted) corresponds to 2 ml of fresh rabbit complement. Used in many laboratory diagnostic reactions, such as microlymphocytotoxicity test, a standard detection method of HLA-A, -B, -C, -DR and DO antigens.
