Ox Fibrinogen

Ox fibrinogen is obtained using Cohn method (I – O fraction) with citrate buffer and sodium chloride complementation. Contains 85-90% of coagulating protein. The preparation is a sterile, white, amorphous substance. Its residual humidity falls below 3%, ash contents – below 25%. Used in physiological, biochemical, pathological laboratory tests as well as in diagnostics for identification of blood coagulation system disturbances.
